Don't Trust this Hotel
This hotel has very poor accommodations with poor service. We needed to cancel our reservation for one night. They agreed but has refused to honor our cancellation request. I would not recommend this hotel, also, because of its cleanliness and location.

Great location
Our room was kept spotlessly clean and the location was fantastic. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and was positioned at the back of the hotel, so I imagine it was quieter here than one in the front. Great location in which Ma May Street is in the heart of the Old Quarter and is only a 5-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake.
